Carl Grane has more than 28 years of experience in the automotive industry, including training, financial services, income development and dealership management. As the Director of Training for GWC Warranty, he oversees all training efforts for our partners and dealers. Carl brings a blended learning approach to the training curriculum by combining our learning management system, live online web training and in-person classroom-style training. His training programs for finance and insurance, sales and fixed operations help dealers create passionate employees and customers for their automotive dealerships.


Erica Cooper is the National Trainer for GWC Warranty bringing over 6 years of automotive industry experience to the training team. She’s a seasoned veteran in curriculum development and facilitates coaching and classroom training for Independent and Franchise dealerships across the nation. Prior to joining GWC Warranty, Erica was a Master Instructor in the Credit/Financial Services business unit of Accenture, a leading global professional services company. She was responsible for development and multi-channel delivery of customized learning solutions to external bank clients with a focus on application of changes to federal rules/guidance to specific banking/underwriting processes.
