Erica Cooper is the National Trainer for GWC Warranty bringing over 6 years of automotive industry experience to the training team. She’s a seasoned veteran in curriculum development and facilitates coaching and classroom training for Independent and Franchise dealerships across the nation. Prior to joining GWC Warranty, Erica was a Master Instructor in the Credit/Financial Services business unit of Accenture, a leading global professional services company. She was responsible for development and multi-channel delivery of customized learning solutions to external bank clients with a focus on application of changes to federal rules/guidance to specific banking/underwriting processes.


John Lovin has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. John has specialized in developing training programs that focus on the psychology behind the customer journey, teaching finance managers how to identify their customers’ needs and find solutions that work. His consultative approach to training involves setting long- and short-term goals for dealerships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with sales and finance departments to develop the skills necessary to be successful.
