Contact Info Collection

Thank you for providing contact information for your top dealers. In an effort to strengthen our communication efforts, we are requesting contact information for all the touchpoints at your Elite and WealthBuilder dealerships. Also, as a thank you for being one of our top dealers, you can select GWC-branded shirts to deliver to each dealer. To do so, you can click on the link on the side of this page or you will be prompted to order shirts upon completing the contact information form below.

When entering contact information:

  • Select a dealership from the dropdown list
  • Enter contact information for every touchpoint you have at the dealership (this will help us tailor messaging specifically for owners, F&I managers, salespeople, etc.)
  • Avoid role-based emails (sales@dealership.com, info@dealership.com, etc.)
  • If you have more than four contacts to enter, complete and submit the form, then fill out another one for that dealership
