Virtual Training Feedback Form

In an effort to monitor the effectiveness of our new Compliance Training benefit, please enter the following information each time you present this to a WealthBuilder or Elite dealer.

When entering feedback information:

  • Select a dealership from the dropdown list
  • Identify how you contacted the dealership
  • Select the title of who you spoke to.
  • Indicate whether or not they signed up for the program.
  • If the dealer did not sign up, please select the reason for not doing so.
  • Enter additional feedback, comments or questions that you think GWC should be aware of to help improve the program.
