Is there a cost to enroll?

There is no cost to enroll with GWC. We’ll provide your dealership with the training and support needed to begin effectively selling GWC protection plans, including brochures, contracts and engaging point-of-sale materials to help prompt customer requests for a vehicle service contract. 

How can I enroll and begin selling GWC vehicle protection?

How do I access the GWC Dealer Portal?

Click here to visit the GWC Warranty Dealer Portal. This comprehensive web-based platform has been used by more than 4,000 dealers nationwide. The Portal gives instant access to all the online tools needed to integrate vehicle service contract sales into a dealership's current sales and F&I processes. Learn more about how the Dealer Portal helps dealers be more efficient and progressive.

How do I order more GWC materials?

We want to make sure you have all the tools you need to sell vehicle service contracts. To get more GWC printed materials such as brochures, contracts and more, you can contact your local Dealer Consultant or our Sales Support team at salessupport@gwcwarranty.com

Does the GWC Warranty iPad App cost anything?

The GWC iPad App is free to use! You will need to have a valid card on file with Apple in order to download the GWC Warranty iPad App, but you will not be charged for this download—the app is free of charge. Learn more about how the GWC iPad App allows you to educate, rate and submit service contracts, all from the palm of your hand.

How do I download the GWC Warranty iPad App?

Visit the Apple App Store from your iPad and search for “GWC Warranty.” Tap “Get” and then “Install.” When prompted, confirm your Apple ID and password. Once the app finishes downloading, it will be ready for use. Learn more about how the GWC iPad App allows you to educate, rate and submit service contracts, all from the palm of your hand.

What if I don’t have a login for the GWC Dealer App?

You can still use the GWC App to educate your customers even without a login. Instead of customized coverage information based on your dealership’s profile, you will see default settings and general product information. If you want to get set up with a login so that you can customize the App and rate GWC service contracts using the App, contact your GWC Dealer Consultant or email AppSupport@gwcwarranty.com.

What if I don’t have an Apple ID?

Visit https://appleid.apple.com and click the blue “Create an Apple ID” button. Follow the instructions provided to create your Apple ID. On your iPad, tap the “Settings” icon, scroll down to “iTunes and App Store” and enter your new Apple ID and password. Tap “Sign In” to complete the process.
